I have to agree the person I spoke to yesterday just gave bd answers to my questions to get rid of me and couldn't care less RM had screwed up several times with the same parcel and to top it all he hadn't a clue where it was.

This place is a complete joke, I should have received a parcel last week and there's still no sign of it and we have had no normal post this week either. The sorting office only opens at stupid times. Get you act together.

Bloke that works there couldn’t care less. Rude to people and doesn’t ask for anyone’s ID when collecting mail. If you question anything he gets his back up and starts spewing abuse.
