Been having trouble with a parcel that was supposed to be delivered about two weeks ago. after calling Royal Mail customer service the woman was very unhelpful and said there’s nothing I can do as she said it’s senders fault for getting my postcode wrong. It's such a problem to deliver the package to me, I have a fenced house, and also a shed for delivering packages right next to the door, CCTV, a high fence around the whole house and you can't throw the package into my house. This is a provocation or what are you doing, why, I will inform the police and also the head office.

They don't answer the phone or just pick up and cut you off in an instant without any communication. Poor service.
