Customer service has improved a lot. I am very satisfied after today's visit to the store.

Customer service extremely poor. First my husband went in store and was ignored by at least 3 staff stood chatting. The member of staff on till was serving someone else and advised him to speak to them none of them could advise him on an Internet hub that he was looking for and he left the store annoyed.
