Absolutely attrocious bank , finding it near impossible to get a small amount of my late mums money , transfered over to my account , they are innept at the blackpool branch , and arrogant , disrespectful, over the phone take your money elsewhere !!!

Just been into Virgin because I thought I'd lost my card and needed some cash. I brought I.D. with me and the lady who dealt with me, called Sarah, couldn't have been more helpful. She was understanding and sympathetic. Couldn't have better service!

Since they took over company from yorkshire bank i not been impressed.i like to think friendly and resource full like yorkshire bank had it but just seem uninviting now,maybe something to do with covid dont know.Even the app my phone dont work proper?phone?

Last two visits to this bank have been very poor and am now in the process of moving. Take your money somewhere else they don?t want it. Two weeks ago refused to let me make an appointment as I paid my money in and said I had to go home and do it via the website. Today they refused to count my money despite having no other customers in the branch and insisted all money now has to be put in the drop box. I can appreciate that that is how all the banks want to operate now but I also don?t appreciate paying £100 a month in bank charges to refuse to handle my money. Also asked me in a very condescending manner where money came from which in 15 years of banking with them I have never been asked. Never had this bad service when they were Yorkshire bank so can only assume it?s changes coming with the change to virgin money. So will be making changes of my own
