“ Rang up to check what time the Post Office at this shop opened on Monday and was told by a very pleasant and helpful young lady that although the Post Office there closed at 12-30pm on Saturdays they did have an out of hours service for posting parcels, buying stamps and so forth. They couldn't take car tax payments or money exchange but their out of hours service operated from the closing of the Post Office Counter until around 10-00pm and even operated through out the week and on Sundays. ”

“Was in Blackpool over the weekend and called in to get a drink before a very hangover 1.2 hour taxi ride back home and dropped my wallet didnt realise I left it behind full of money my cards when I called up I had low expectations of it been handed in nevermind having the money still in but a member of staff found it and was 100% honest left all the money and my cards and kept it for me to come collect the next day I wish I got your name but if you read this thank you very much good know there's good people still in this world”
“Lovely staff who are always chatty and helpful. Even nice to my huge rottweiler who often visits the garage with me at the end of a night time walk. Staff actually keep an eye on my dog while he's sat waiting for me outside the shop. Always clean on the forecourt and the shop smells so clean. In two years I don't think this garage has ever run out of something”

“Generally great staff, sadly let down my the management...... often understaffed, bombed out with Uber orders which take precedence over physical customers, so if there's insufficient bodies on duty, people have to wait. The Post Office staff have not received comprehensive training ( apart from one lady who has previous "proper" PO experience ). I feel sorry for whoever works in this shop ( they've lost some great staff over time ) because they are under so much pressure and become the butt of rolling eyes and tutting, neither of which they deserve. I have written to Head Office about this last year but had no reply. MORRISONS..... BE MORE FAIR TO YOUR STAFF !!”

“So what? It's just another Asda store is it not??!! Of course it's just an Asda store, but this one has its very own DJ!!!!! Get out!!! I hear you say. Well ok I may be exaggerating a bit but whoever it was on the microphone had me giggling all the way through my little shopping trip!! There was definitely some comedy value in him coaxing customers to buy whatever he was trying to sell, it was actually witty banter!! The good thing about this Asda is actually its location. You see it's surrounded by a host of other stores with this one being the focal point of attention. As I discover Blackpool more I like it more, slowly but surely I am dispelling a tarnished image I have of it and it's growing on me. Unlike other Asda stores this has a nice deli/cafe which you;d actually want to sit down and eat in!! The toilets were immaculately clean and again "usable" which isn't something you can say for a lot of them. The different sections were all massive as was this whole place, and after Manchester's walmart (near the city stadium) this is the biggest one I have been to. Blackpool has an Asda walmart people!!”

“A typical Sainsbury's superstore offering a choice of frozen, fresh and tinned foods. Pretty modern and kept clean. Also features a fishmonger, cash machine and pharmacy. The staff are polite and friendly and are more than happy to point you in the right direction if you are after a particular product.”
