Customer service is terrible, the receptionist started shouting after I made a simple enquiry about prices. He was rude and disrespectful, called me a child and said he's sick of Asians trying to be cheap. I'm happy to pay for glasses but don't accept being disrespected like that. They've lost a customer today.

My father is a loyal customer of this opticians..he ia 83 years old..he has now been diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes. How can a optician not know this. When my dad complained he couldnt see the optician just changed prescriptions. Never did a proper eye check to see if there was any underlying condition. Now he can hardly see. What kind of optician does not do his job properly and do all the necessary eye checks..i am absolutely disgusted and i feel that he took advantage of a old man who does not know any better.
