Customer service is terrible, the receptionist started shouting after I made a simple enquiry about prices. He was rude and disrespectful, called me a child and said he's sick of Asians trying to be cheap. I'm happy to pay for glasses but don't accept being disrespected like that. They've lost a customer today.

My father is a loyal customer of this opticians..he ia 83 years old..he has now been diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes. How can a optician not know this.
