The staff can be helpful - if you can get in there.
Appalling opening hours for customers, open at 9:30am close at 3pm & no Saturday opening.
Pretty much managing to avoid having any availability for working people whatsoever. Awful.

Waste of time haven't still got my card renewed waiting over a month been with this branch over 25 yrs gone proper down hill rubbish customer service say one thing on phone and another in branch I'm disabled and they have no service for people with disabilities I can't make it in branch to pick up my card went in eventually... read full comment
