“Went through during the week and was greeted by Anisha who was very helpful and assisted me in making an appointment to open a bank account.On my visit to open the account was greeted by Ian who was absolutely fantastic, he assisted my wife and I in opening an account and gave us a rundown of everything else, all went seamless and he was quick and efficient, he answered all our questions and even assisted us in a savings account and global account. He was fantastic and overall experience with HSBC was great.”

“Very happy with the service I received over the phone by a staff member named Maria. She was attentive and did her best to sort the situation as much as she could without making us feel as though we were a burden. I am sure that she is like this with all her customers. A very nice helpful and friendly staff member. Despite the situation she made us feel at ease in ensuring that she is doing her best to get it resolved which in itself was a great help. She was professional in the way she handled everything and asked her advisors for help when necessary which meant we were getting the correct information. Very good customer service!!”
“I forgot my PIN number, couldn't access my Internet banking and smartphone was playing up.Georgia did a speedy job of ordering a new PIN, checking my balance for me AND with 'smiley eyes'. Thank you Alison for working at the entrance.The place brought back good memories of my late father who would deposit his wages there, working at the Imperial Cotton Mill in the 70's.Short staff yet everyone is on their toes helping get things back to normal.”
