I was so stressed to do my licence renewal application today, Shabana really helped me with the application and made the environment so comfortable and friendly that I forgot about my stress. completed my application so quick and easily that It felt like 5 minutes. You really made a positive impact on my day today Shabana. Thankyou so much.”

“The bald guy is a proper grafter and works consistently. He has a wide range of products in store so can easily cater for any needs. He has the the biggest variety in bum shaving equipment. Make sure you pop down immediately.”

“Needed an important document sending out. Walked in to little hardwood post office and was greeted by yasin, a very friendly and charming young man. I was unsure of which service i required as they offer many. Was advised to go for next day guarenteed and signed for which was pricey but was told it was the only way to get my document to the recipient in the midst of strikes and so close to christmas. A nice and clean post office.”

“Been using this Post Office for years and especially during lockdown sending lots of parcels, paying council tax etc. Excellent service from both ladies. Very professional. Friendly and helpful. Sometimes they were the only people I’d see during lockdown and they had a chat when it was quiet. My mother is 76 and also finds them very helpful and polite. I think customers who find fault need to realise they are doing their best during difficult times and stop moaning. Some people have nothing better to do. Excellent Post Office and staff. Thanks.”

“Very helpful and friendly When I first came into the shop, they greeted me very politely. And when I asked them for a shopping item, they immediately helped me. The workers are really nice and generous. They always help you when needed. They have numerous of supplies I needed. And overall a nice and welcoming experience.”

“EDIT: I am changing my rating and review to 4* as I think my complaint was handled really well and in a professional manner. Unfortunately, the return address is my place of work which is in a different town so for convenience and to save time, I will have to use the nearest post office there to post the item again. However, I really appreciate the kind gesture and wouldn't want to cause unnecessary harm to a family-run business. Thank you for reading and responding to my review and for dealing with the issue in the best way possible, it shows that good customer service does matter to you. I will definitely consider using your branch again in future ?Original review: The young girl behind the counter posted my parcel to the return address instead even though it clearly stated "return address" and the actual delivery address was also written clearly on the parcel in big writing so I'm not sure how she missed it. Contacted Royal Mail customer service and they couldn't do anything about it. It could be a one-off situation but to be on the safe side, I won't be using this branch again.”

“Very helpful staff. I have been sending our parcels from this post office for several years. I've never had problems with them. These guys are very helpful and kind and Jackie has always been super helpful❤️. I don't understand why there are so many negative comments. They only scan the packages, they are not responsible for the speed at which the packages arrive, this is beyond their control. I want to thank everyone who works there for the wonderful work you do.?”

“Appreciate having this post office nearby. Whenever I have used I have got all my jobs ticked off quite quickly and with ease. Transactions have been processed at speed if there has been a queue. Never had any problems.”
