“My first time visiting here today to collect a parcel. Despite not being able to find the place for 10 minutes (my fault entirely for not using my eyes) and also not bringing my red collection card the gentleman could not have been more helpful. Correctly stuck to the rules and couldn’t give me my parcel without the card. He suggested I get the parcel forwarded to my local post office rather than chance a redelivery that I might miss He was helpful, informative and personable. I’m just sorry I didn’t get his name to thank him via Royal Mail website.”

Take the old passport , get some photos taken in the machine, tell the counter lady, email address, home address and phone number , wait 5-10 minutes and done, fantastic. Old passport gets sent to passport hq , and just to wait for the new one back, simples. TY post office that's was easy.”
