I visited this branch specifically due to my tight schedule, with the intention of registering my power of attorney. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Absolutely poor service. I went in as my teenage daughter wanted an account. Told the guy at the counter what she needed it for and as I said she has an account at Natwest but needed another, he said you're better off going next door to the Natwest. Very poor attitude and very poor customer service.
