“Recently, I visited Wells and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements they've made. The service was a lot quicker and the shop was more organized, which made my experience much smoother. It was great to see that they're making progress in providing better service to their customers.However, I noticed that they still have a designated "covid jab area" in the shop and I think it's time for them to get rid of it and return the shop to its normal layout. This will create more space for customers to browse and shop comfortably.Overall, I'm happy to see that Wells is making improvements and I hope they continue to strive for excellence in their service and customer experience.
