Pool and Spa area starting to look tired and run down.The recent heating issues, which have been ongoing for several weeks, have been so poorly communicated, users were not aware until they arrived at the club. Get first impressions of the gym. Caitlyn showed me around and was fantastic and made sure I understood everything. The staff on at reception was really friendly and helpful too.
