One cashier station opened and they aren?t adequately trained to process cheques. Can?t make it up. No sense of urgency or willingness to assist just telling everyone to take a seat after standing in line for 30 minutes.

Why is this place still covered in scaffolding after about 3 years. Really bringing the Centre of town down. Finish the job or get rid of it. It's not like Lloyd's can't afford it.

If you?re going to close all the local branches, ensure you have adequate staff on the floor in the central branch you?re having people commute to! One person serving the counter with 8 people waiting and 1 person serving other customers with 4 people waiting! Over half an hour now! Lunch break is now finished!!

Bank was closed due to power cut overnight. Very polite large note on door. I was able to speak to a member of staff though, at the entrance. So despite being thwarted I was given useful, polite advice. Pleased my bank still opens on a Saturday, usually.

Staff are slow and rude and customer service lacking. If you have things that need doing here I suggest you give yourself plenty of time as you will be waiting for about an hour.

Business bank account and they have changed my business name without asking and have the wrong postcode for my trading address. Cheques being deposited are constantly declined and customer service is just about as appalling as it gets. I asked for a business manager to call me and I was told I?d have to phone them and could speak to someone if they were free and only then. Seriously!!! Let?s all leave Lloyds and see what they do then. Very insulting service and probably not legal trading because of the name change I haven?t authorised and my wrong postcode.

A nasty experience with bank managers Kath and Karen. Self appointed and unhelpful. A very bad customer experience which could have easily have been different. I would advise going to another branch!

Very nice peaceful place resident's an sightseers a like all go out of way to give you help direction's advice on what's the best places to visit which was great advice in my opinion as I'd of never got to see the beautiful areas I would of missed out on hidden gems so to say thank you whoever you'd we're.
