“Burrells Tunbridge Wells Sat 10/2/2024Having been totally ignored in Goldsmiths in Chelmsford I was looking for an alternative place to by some watches. I came across Burrells in Tonbridge Wells, not exactly round the comer but within moments of speaking to who I now know as Leeann dealt with my enquire. I gave her around 6 watches with part numbers to acquire for me to have a look at, and throughout was very patient with me and said they would be in at the weekend. When I turned up Paul dealt with me bringing all the watches promised for me to have a look at. Under no pressure I looked at them all and had chosen a Seiko & Tissot to come home with me.The whole experience was absolutely spot on from my initial phone call to the First Class customer service within the shop.Well Done Leeann & Paul a credit to Burrells.Thanks.”

“I never really have cause to go into jewelry shops (I don't really wear any) but I found a watch online that I knew Ernest Jones might be able to get in stock.I wanted to buy it in store, as the only way to keep shops open is for people to actually go in them, but only if they could get the watch and match the price.Oddly, not only was I helped by another Gemma (but a Jemma!) she was lovely and wonderfully helpful. She called another store that carried the watch, organised a price match and had it delivered to that store, so I wouldn't have to go too far to get it. There was the option of having it delivered to my home, but I preferred to pop back into the shop.Everything was made so easy, it was all organised for me and with total cheerfulness, nothing forced or false. There was another lady working there, but although we didn't speak, she was very smiley, despite it being first thing in the morning!The store was tidy, clean and organised, with just a little too much wear on the carpet to age the shop, but shop carpets are always the first victim to wear and tear!Jemma was an absolute delight and I'm genuinely happy to go back in and collect my new watch. Admittedly I'm more excited for the watch, but it's really pretty!I really cannot stress enough how friendly Jemma was, with no hint of annoyance at my weird questions or overly chatty behaviour (I'm a Sunflower person and had only taken my medication about an hour before, which takes a couple of hours to get me to 'normal' person level!) She was fabulous and a true benefit to the company.”

“Had a gold band which had already been engraved with 2 names redone. Was a little worried as to how it would look as they didnt have the exact same font as originally done. It came back really well done, couldn't have asked for more. Staff very helpful too.”

“Went to Claire's on Saturday as inskin refused to do my daughter's ears even tho she's six and we had evidence of this they still refused.Anyway went to Claire's in Tunbridge wells and two lovely lady's were more than happy to pierce my daughter's ears.They went thru everything with us and were very thorough both in explaining after care and hygiene and also what they were going to do. They even told my daughter what to expect and were so good with her.As expected she had a few tears but got over it pretty quickly after seeing her studs. Thank you so much for my daughters first ever ear piercing was a lovely experience and they treated her like a princess also liked that they both did it at the same time so was over and done with in seconds! I can't remember the ladies names but this was done in the afternoon in Tunbridge wells. Thank you once again!”
