“Burrells Tunbridge Wells Sat 10/2/2024Having been totally ignored in Goldsmiths in Chelmsford I was looking for an alternative place to by some watches. I came across Burrells in Tonbridge Wells, not exactly round the comer but within moments of speaking to who I now know as Leeann dealt with my enquire. I gave her around 6 watches with part numbers to acquire for me to have a look at, and throughout was very patient with me and said they would be in at the weekend. When I turned up Paul dealt with me bringing all the watches promised for me to have a look at. Under no pressure I looked at them all and had chosen a Seiko & Tissot to come home with me.The whole experience was absolutely spot on from my initial phone call to the First Class customer service within the shop.Well Done Leeann & Paul a credit to Burrells.Thanks.”

“Went to Claire's on Saturday as inskin refused to do my daughter's ears even tho she's six and we had evidence of this they still refused.Anyway went to Claire's in Tunbridge wells and two lovely lady's were more than happy to pierce my daughter's ears.They went thru everything with us and were very thorough both in explaining after care and hygiene and also what they were going to do. They even told my daughter what to expect and were so good with her.As expected she had a few tears but got over it pretty quickly after seeing her studs. Thank you so much for my daughters first ever ear piercing was a lovely experience and they treated her like a princess also liked that they both did it at the same time so was over and done with in seconds!
