Disappointing customer service. The sales assistant seemed more focused on chatting with my partner about her life - quite blatantly and in front of me - than on helping me with the purchase. I had to repeatedly prompt her to stay on task and complete the transaction. The experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

Management was very poor. Manager of store would gossip and talk behind people's back and then deny it was them, and couldn't take any responsibility for their own mistakes they would blame it on other colleagues. Expectations on e-receipts for new employees was way too high.
