“Had the absolute pleasure of shopping at The Cotswold Company in Tunbridge Wells recently, and it was a five-star experience from start to finish. Ended up buying two gorgeous armchairs—and if I had more room at home, I’d probably still be in there adding to the collection.

Special shoutout to Zoe and Charlotte, who were both fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping without ever being pushy. They made the whole process feel like a breeze.

The store itself is beautifully laid out, a total interiors haven, and bonus points: it’s dog friendly! Any shop where you can browse top-notch furniture and bring your four-legged friend along is a winner in my book.

“We had a suit fitting for our groomsmen today with Chris. He couldn’t have been any better. He was so thoughtful, personable, attentive and considerate and really took the time and effort to make sure every aspect was perfect. “I always go there for jewlrey, socks etc. It isn‘t very cheap, but extramly good quality, I alqays get presents for friends there, it has appeal with the pretty boxes and stands, if I have some spare money, I will go there to spend it. ”

“Great shopping experience, but lacking a restroom

I had a pretty good experience shopping at this TK Maxx. The store is large, clean, and quiet, making it a pleasant place to browse. The selection is great, and I was able to find some good deals. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find that there are no restroom facilities in the store. For families shopping with kids, this is a big inconvenience. If you’re planning to spend a while shopping, you’ll have to leave the store to find a restroom, which doesn’t make much sense for such a large store. It would definitely improve the experience if they added a toilet for customers.”

“For the size of it, it's got lots of good food as well as lots of clothing. Ground floor is men's and food. First floor is women's etc. Plant based food is now stocked too which is a winner!”

“Went in hoping to find matching accessories for MOB outfit, found a bag that worked perfectly but no shoes to match. Asked Jo if they had shoes to go with the bag and although she said not in store she spent a considerable amount of time helping me look online to see if we could find something suitable. Unfortunately its very hard to tell on a computer screen if something will match so we had to give up but I was really impressed with the effort Jo went to to try and help me.”

“I had an issue with a pair of trousers, the store supervisor (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name!!!) Was amazing with sorting it out. Not only did she find the trousers, but she found them in my size and managed to sort out the exchange with out a receipt because my husband has thrown it out. “Great Asda. Lots of friendly staff - especially those at the click and collect service point and at the self service tills.
Selection of clothes for boys could be improved- minimal available and seems to be a focus on girls clothing and school uniform.
However there is a staff member called Philip who does the delivery packing - so unbelievably rude, will block an aisle and not allow you to get to the shelves or block entrance to an aisle to prioritise what he is doing, does not help or accommodate any customers. Shouldn’t be on the floor when their are customers.”
