“I couldn't get into the actual shop as it's got a step but the lady said that she could either bring things to me at the door if I knew what I was after or she could build me a ramp to be able to get in and out of the store with my wheelchair she couldn't have been nicer about it all. Used to go in this store many years ago when it was in a different location on the same road. Great little store for things a little bit different.”

“Went to Claire's on Saturday as inskin refused to do my daughter's ears even tho she's six and we had evidence of this they still refused.Anyway went to Claire's in Tunbridge wells and two lovely lady's were more than happy to pierce my daughter's ears.They went thru everything with us and were very thorough both in explaining after care and hygiene and also what they were going to do. They even told my daughter what to expect and were so good with her.As expected she had a few tears but got over it pretty quickly after seeing her studs. Thank you so much for my daughters first ever ear piercing was a lovely experience and they treated her like a princess also liked that they both did it at the same time so was over and done with in seconds! I can't remember the ladies names but this was done in the afternoon in Tunbridge wells. Thank you once again!”
