“Bought three items today in Crawley TKMax, one being a liquid soap. Left the store and did some more shopping in town. The soap leaked out ruining the other two items. I returned to the store and told them what had happened. They couldn’t have been more helpful, replaced everything without question and were so kind and helpful. It makes such a difference, 10/10 for customer service. So well done. Thank you. Gilly”

“Visited shop today after being let down and didn't want a very disappointed nearly 6 year old!

Unfortunately I didn't get any names, but the woman that served me was the supervisor. We were early and seeing that it was my Daughter's first time she suggested we do both at the same time, but that her manager was on break and could we come back. We were early so didn't have an issue. She explained all the different metal types and pricing and had a lovely chat with my Daughter despite it being busy.

We went and came back and in light of all the negative reviews watched her like a hawk when she was doing all the prep...would like to say now that Claire's use the same Studex that the (reputable and recommended tattooist we were supposed to go to) used.

The whole time she was talking to my Daughter explaining the process. The Assistant Manager then came out to assist and all was done in a split second.

Barely a flinch, a very happy girl and the same cost with the recommended metal as the tattooist.

Recovery/healing is yet to be seen but my experience with the shop was extremely positive and the staff were absolutely wonderful.
