“I was just hanging around the CT makeup station inside Fenwick just being curious about the products. Eva came over and answered any questions I had. She invited me over to try a new product as I said I tried a concealer but feel that my under eye still looked a little dark.Eva recommended the Magic Vanish Colour Corrector. I never knew a product like this existed. As soon as I tried it, I went from looking tired to looking bright. She also recommended a blush that suits my skin tone which I would have never known to pick for myself (I'm olive skinned). These products have completely changed how I do my makeup and how confident I feel about myself. These products have now become a staple in my every day makeup routine. “It was my first time visiting a Space NK store, I normally shop online so I was very excited to go in, My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, and asked if we needed any help. I was after a texture spray that I hadn't purchased online for a while so I couldn't remember the name. Jessica was absolutely superb! My phone didn't want to load the website so Jessica got it up on her screen and let me have scroll until I found what I was looking for. They had none out on the shelves and was out of stock online, but she went out the back regardless and had a look for me and found one. I was over the moon. She then signed me up with Space NK so I could collect points (thought I was signed up but never was) and took her time with me, wonderful service. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be coming in again. Thank you!”

I was met with a bubble of joy who was very patient and helped me find the products I wanted. She told me some awesome deals and how to qualify for a free product!! The service was absolutely 10/10, it was a swift and smooth transaction with compliments and amazing recommendations and the general atmosphere was just fantastic. That lady should get a raise!! I’ve never had such amazing customer service I just felt so confident and happy with my purchase!! I bought concealer, powder and a recommended eyeliner which was EXACTLY what I was looking for.
