I’ve been a regular customer at this shop and have had mixed experiences. While some staff members are fantastic, friendly, and truly elevate the shopping experience, others are shockingly rude and unprofessional. Took Money out of my mate's bank account and we got no cookies whatsoever and there was no offer for refund. If money is not paid back, I recommend you Avoid!
