Told the front desk guy that I want a 2 months data plan added to my initial contract. Bro did a 2year contract, and the customer service said they can't do anything that it's a contract, or I pay 500£ to terminate it.

Very helpful lady in store but the company is awful to deal with. Lost count of the number of hours spent on the phone to them as stores are limited to their powers. They admit their errors but seemingly cannot fix them without me chasing every week. 3 stars for the store, 0 for the company
