“I have never seen such amazing customer service within an EE store before. I have upgraded in many different stores and Tonbridge store colleagues were defiantly the best I have come across. Pasha and Josh were both super helpful and went above and beyond to help me upgrade and gave me a breakdown of how much a newer phone would cost. We had some technical issues and my visit was a bit longer than expected but I could see how hard they were working to resolve the issues at hand and not inconvenience me too much. Thank you so much to both of you for making my visit memorable and for giving me the best advice on which phone to upgrade to! Even after the issues that occurred and made the visit longer I still left happy with my phone on its way to me!”
