“5 stars is not enough for this store! They emailed every store in the country to find an expired child frame for my little girl, who gets fixated on certain objects and orders. In this case it was her glasses. They found the second pair in the country and got them all ready in time for her birthday. Then they advised no charge. As a parent used to always having to buy double in case she loses something I found this quite incredible. Words cannot express my thanks to the staff at this branch. Beyond customer service. They treated my little girl with such kindness, and they made the visit a positive experience for her. Thank you! ?”
