“I just had the most amazing customer service from the store manager , Joanne . I had a click and collect package to collect and I was right on closing time. Bless Joanne she promptly found my package ! I can’t thank her enough as I live near Eastbourne and won’t be back until next Wednesday and the package would have been returned! Exemplary service ! “I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Worth more than 5 stars. The staff are super friendly and the till operator greeted me like a long lost relative. Although small, the shelves are well stocked and the aisles easy to negotiate. There are especially good frozen and chilled sections. Unfortunately I was just visiting Tonbridge. If I lived there, this would be my shop of choice.”

There today we had a look around at all the things they have there in robert dyas tonbridge
You have a very lovely section of batteries gardening equipment and gardening tools that be used for gardening
which is very useful and helpful so people got things that can use in their gardens
and lovely bird garden clocks and very lovely cleaning appliances and lots of other lovely stuff
The staff were very kind and very helpful to my dad today
The service there is super good
I had a very lovely first experience there today at robert dyas tonbridge with my dad

“I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name but the loveliest man opened the Post Office 20 mins early for me to post an international letter - I think he could tell by the look on my face having to wait 20 more minutes with excitable twins was not going to be the greatest start to my day, I just had to write a review to say this guy needs a raise - he really didn’t have to but he went above and beyond for his customers. I was so grateful! He is such an huge asset to the business. Thank you!!!”

“The store has huge ranges of products comparing to other retail shops at similar location. It is clean and tidy. The shopfloor layout and marking helps to find certain isles easily. The prices and promotions were updated. The products were faced up to help customers find necessary items. The stuffs were helpful and welcoming. The food standards were good. There were many counters as well as occasional promotions. The queue were long, but around lunchtime it was expected.”

“I don’t know where we’d be without this wonderful, community-minded shop. Nothing is too much trouble and on several visits I’ve been treated to something almost like a ‘personal shopper’.The Heath Stores stocks an incredible range of the sort of food we enjoy ie. low/no plastic packaging, fair trade, vegan and wholefoods and all at reasonable prices. There are also all sorts of niche products, especially at Christmas, and all this with a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Team Heath Stores!”
