I was a customer. However they have been bought out by EssilorLuxottica, an Italian firm. Their service has gone downhill. They couldn't even keep an appointment properly for my wife, so I'll be going to another optician not in a chain. Sad, really.

Despite asking if I pay for my eye tests up front and acknowledging my response that I have a voucher from work, staff did not check the actual voucher and then refused to accept it after the test. The manager, who did not bother to speak with me directly, told the staff member (who asked more than once if there was something that could be done) that I had to pay. I was due to order new glasses and decided to take my business elsewhere after paying for the eye test. All they seem to interested in is selling subscriptions to their monthly contact lens plan. Disappointed after being a customer for many years.

New management have Zero respect for loyal customers!...I will never buy from here again, Specsavers have a far better range and are far cheaper with much better professional customer service ??

The empoyees are unaware of what they are doing and how to handle their customers and they have no idea what optician law is. Staff has said to me the my ten year old has to come in to order his new glasses and to report his broken ones when I have heard that I thought I am Talking to someone who is empty headed I ended up speechless ! I came back with my son to make the order and the Staff had replacebole glasses which she hasnt said anything about at the beginning, having the replacebole glasses is more understandable that my son has to be there but to make an order ?!?! Please have a read about your "optician law" if youre a Staff there because I gurantee you know nothing and you lack competence.

This store has gone down hill since this new ?manager? Bethany Burch started. I have witnessed her being lazy and not helping her staff when the store is busy, gossiping with the optician when my appointment was already running behind and being rude to customers in front of everyone! Not to mention how poorly made the glasses are considering how much the company charges! I have also seen and heard the ?manager? treat her staff very poorly and unfairly. Overall this so called manager has as much experience as a wooden spoon. Can?t run a bath let alone a store. Not impressed.

5* for this store. Exceptional customer service throughout the store at Sittingbourne and always welcoming. Had plenty of help choosing my glasses, extremely professional.

The staff at vision express were wonderful, however when the ?new manager? joined in November 2022 she completely ruined the entire team. She was rude, lazy and had no interest whatsoever in the customers or her staff working there. She would sit upstairs pretending to work while the girls on the shop floor were run ragged. Inexperienced and incompetent!! Shocking how she was even allowed to run that store. She couldn?t run a bath.

Very good service the girls went above and beyond to find out what was happening with my glasses. The only thing I would say is it would be very handy if they were open on a Monday as I work funny hours and could pick them up on my day off.

Wasn't sure what to expect. The optician was thorough and friendly and the 2 girls on the front desk were very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and they were very knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.

Great experience at the Sittingbourne branch. All staff members were polite and knowledgeable on product range.Eye test was carried out with professionalism.Big thanks to the staff member(Molly) who fixed my existing glasses.Great job.

I've had eyes tested at specsavers boots even asda without a doubt vision express were head and shoulders above them all the young lady who tested my eyes was so helpful and professional and the staff were a pleasure I will be back.

A professional and friendly experience as always with my local Vision Express centre. As a person with a genetic eye condition I REALLY appreciate their thorough and in depth of knowledge.
