“I am not a regular customer but visited recently for my Spring Covid booster. There were several customers who were all going for their Covid boosters and there was a general air of friendliness, with people chatting amiably. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional as was the pharmacist who was administering the vaccine injections. All in all a very pleasant visit and I shall try to use the same pharmacy for any future needs.”

When I had checked in, this chap was with me rather quickly to get my name, etc., before there appeared to be a glitch in the system. In the end, there wasn't, but he was ever professional and very polite, apologising for any inconvenience. I remember working in retail myself and really do appreciate good service and a welcoming attitude.
