I wouldn?t recommend them. I Wanted to sell my house. Emails sent, web forms sent, all went answered. Quite rude to totally ignore a customer who wants to sell their property. Especially when the company says customer focus is our priority. Obviously not.
If the owner doesn?t have time to reply to a new customer he should immediately pass that lead on. Not make people wait and wait for answers. It?s basic manners.
Obviously not interested in my business.

I recently purchased a house with them, Mark and his team were really understanding when the sale took longer than expected due to issues with Land registry, they reassured me and explained things I didn?t understand properly. Friendly and easy to talk too, I would recommend then ??

I been renting with Rule and Rule for a number of years since my landlord moved over from another estate agents.
Always a great help when I had any issue with the house I rented.
I unfortunately recieved a section 21 notice that the house I was in had to be sold due to personal reason. From the first phone call and being in the right place at the right time they helped me to find another property in 4 days. Was very helpful thoughtouy the vetting processes ( as a new rental had to go though a vetting) and keeping me updated.

I was helping a friend buy a property through these guys, and they were absolutely amazing, Especially mark was absolutely wonderful and went.The extra mile As you can see on my profile have reviewed over 700 places And this is one of the nicest places I have reviewed They have done a really awesome job.And now my friend has a really nice house to live in The whole way through the process they were communicative, they were always on the end of the phone and explaining things really easy I don't really know the area at all when I went in there. He was able to tell us where everything was and just take 10 minutes out of his day to explain all this just superb. If every estate agent were like this, it would be much easier to buy and sell properties.Great job, guys, pat on the back

They are a tight knit team, who clearly care about their reputation, which shines through in spades when it comes to the service they deliver. I've bought and sold through Rule & Rule and they are quite simply the best. Mark and Craig go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble plus they're really nice guys which makes it easy to do business with them. Following my divorce, I really struggled to find the right property. Rule & Rule delivered. Soooooo, if you want a first class service, look no further!
