I wouldn’t recommend them. I Wanted to sell my house. Emails sent, web forms sent, all went answered. Quite rude to totally ignore a customer who wants to sell their property. Especially when the company says customer focus is our priority. Obviously not.
If the owner doesn’t have time to reply to a new customer...

I recently purchased a house with them, Mark and his team were really understanding when the sale took longer than expected due to issues with Land registry, they reassured me and explained things I didn’t understand properly. Friendly and easy to talk too, I would recommend then ☺️

I been renting with Rule and Rule for a number of years since my landlord moved over from another estate agents.
Always a great help when I had any issue with the house I rented.
