“I buy everything for my pets from Debra. It’s such a happy place and we always have a good chat. I chose the wrong hay today for my house bunnies and Debra recommended a different type. Rabbits shouldn’t be in captivity as should be eating grass all day. It’s such a challenge keeping their guts healthy and they need to eat a lot of hay. It’s not their natural food so they are so fussy. Even a very short time of not getting enough fibre can result in emergency vet care and sometimes death. I’m so grateful for Debra’s experience and knowledge xxx”

“Big shop. Not stinky like other small animals shops. Lot of animals. My small daughter likes to visit this shop when she is around, looks for animals and move on. Fishes are very strange there because when they see my daughter all of them swarm at the glass as close as possible to human, I never seen that kind of fish behaviour anywhere else.
I have no opinion about prices and quality because I don't do shopping there, I have no animals.”
