Awful treatment by staff at Sevenoaks branch.
Treated like a criminal and told I couldn't take my money out as cash . Told that I had lied. Vicky and especially Jenny extremely concerning Customer service

Sevenoaks branch. Can you give no stars?! Always a horrendous wait when trying to speak to a personal banker. Two personal bankers stood, with mugs in hand, chatting to themselves as queues formed at their banking enquiry desk. Lots of irate customers trying to grab their attention.
