With the new aisle layout it would have been good customer service to provide a printable new layout, in addition to having someone walk around with a Here To Help sign.

Whenever I come here and ask for a trolley, the store assistants always tell me to ask the security staff. Then the security person says that the person with the keys has gone home and they can’t do anything. Isn’t that ridiculous?”

Well done to the lady who has to spend the day walking round the store trying to help shoppers find things. The store is clearly undergoing a refit, and things are moved around on a daily basis.
