“Found this pharmacy open when others were closed for a public holiday. Was given superb over-the-counter advice and purchased a recommended product from a pharmacy assistant. A day later I feel so much better, still taking the medicine but my symptoms are under control. So grateful to you for being there on new year's day and for the superb service I received.”

“Great for a quick shop, have a narrow range of everything so unless you're looking for something specific this is a perfect place to pick something up for lunch/dinner”
“Nice store, nice can do staff and the other customers are friendly which is an oddity in this part of Kent. Though not a hyper store it has enough range of goods to satisfy most needs and surprisingly the prices are better than the Canterbury branch.”

“Staying nearby. Really good variety of stock and helpful staff. Only downside? Went this morning (Bank Holiday Monday) blaring smug co-op radio telling us how wonderful they were. Owned by us (a blatant lie) and dreadful music.”
“I tried to find an easy on-line way to give you positive feedback but only found this avenue. On 22/10/2024, at Hereson Road, Ramsgate express store (6220) I had a really good experience with a young female member of your staff at 1219h. She was competent, friendly, cheerful and efficient. An exemplar.
I have recently had poor experiences at both Waitrose and Homebase so it was all the more welcome to meet a till assistant giving excellent service.”

“We always have very friendly delivery drivers from Iceland. Today one such driver, who I believe is called Alan, went above and beyond.I handed a substitute back, this morning because it contained milk, and this afternoon he dropped the origional item off for me,because they came back in to stock....How nice was that ? Thank you.”

“A large shop with a fair size clothing section, cafe and of course Argos. The food area is well laid out so it is easy to look at all the products that they have. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.”

“Costcutter in King st. Ramsgate, has the most items for sale than any other shop of its size in Thanet. If this Costcutter has not got it,then it's not been made yet. Well worth a visit.”

“Well done to the lady who has to spend the day walking round the store trying to help shoppers find things. The store is clearly undergoing a refit, and things are moved around on a daily basis. I don’t know her name, but she has her hair in a short grey Bob, and isn’t very tall. She went out of her way to help several customers today- well done!”

“A well stocked, friendly local store that is open until midnight. So always good for anything you have run out of. Or for a quick snack. They sell everything from petrol to pins, sweets to cigarettes, biscuits to batteries, painkillers to papers, magazines and cards. Just a mini shop.It also has a Subway at one end for healthy, nutritious, self chosen foot long filled rolls.”

“I use this shop to send and receive Evri parcels, 99.9% of the time without any problems at all. I also buy things sometimes, once again with no problems. I have never had a problem with any of the staff, but I always greet them with a smile, and wait patiently for my turn to be served.”

“A small branch of a major supermarket. The stock is varied but obviously not as much as a large store. All the same, they still manage to have what I want. It's just a shame that for some time, they have not stocked the fresh, uncut wholemeal bread which is particularly good. Well-stocked meat and fish counters and a wide range of deli items.”
“Fairly standard Lidl. Fresh baked breadWell laid out with good selection of produce at reasonable prices. I like the store more each time I go there. The specials from different countries make this more interesting than Aldi although they haven't been as good as they used to be recently. At one time Lidl had a selection of European groceries but this is much diminished leaving the usual rather anodyne supermarket selection”
