“The heel on one of my shoes had unfortunately come off due to shoddy cobbling work by the manufacturer, and it was fairly uncomfortable to walk in. I visited Timpson on a whim to see if they could fix my shoe for a decent price.Ian (Timpson Staff) said he could my shoe easily with some glue and just nail the heel back on. He also informed me that he would make sure to do it on the other shoe as well just to make sure both shoes were even. To my surprise, he told me the work was free and to just return in 10-15 mins after doing some shopping etc.The shoes have been fixed to perfection and are even better than before, couldn't have had a more pleasant experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this Timpson.”
