“I popped in to Timpsons in sainsburys westwood cross 4 days before Christmas, I needed 2 keys cut, Zayne served me and cut the keys but he wasn't sure they would work as they were not standard keys ,I went to pay and he told me to take them home and try them first ,I was amazed by his trust and said I would come back in if they worked ,which they did perfectly, I returned the next day to pay and took a box of sweets for Zayne he was glad to see me .What a wonderful experience just before Christmas thank you Zayne your customer service was excellent you made my day .”
