PATHETIC! FRUSTRATING. USUALLY CANNOT GET BEYOND SECURITY ON THE DOOR! ONE USUALLY AT A DESK FOR 'FACE-TO-FACE! USING A TIME SLOT DIARY FOR THIS SERVICE. CASHPOINT MACHINES ALWAYS GOING WRONG, SO STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR A MEMBER OF STAFF TO ASSIST! MUCH BETTER AND QUICKER, IF YOU OPEN UP ANOTHER TILL! USUALLY ONE OPEN JUST FOR BUSINESSES! CAN NOT DRAW OUT MONEY AT COUNTER, ONLY PAY IN - WHAT'S THAT ALL ABOUT? GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.! MORE STAFF, THAN CUSTOMERS STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING???

Now it's pain in the grass to find a Barclays branch closer to you, you need to driver, to pay the parking, when you get there is a big queue waiting for you. You don't have anyone to help you, guess what, you need to wait until someone comes and help you. You go the front of the desk and the person tell you the next appointment is. Whistable is close, Herne Bay is close, Margate is close. Let guess next to be close is in Ramsgate and the only be open will be only in Canterbury. Bad ?.

Banks are treating customers with contempt let's hope one day a new bank will open that has customer service and we can all leave the banks that have no customer service

Fine for everyday banking as long as you don?t need personal interaction. Sometimes all you need is to speak to someone. This is the second time I?ve needed to take time to drive to the branch to speak to staff. Online chat, online banking, pretty much a waste of time. I?m swapping banks when I have researched them more. Personal service is the way forward

Staff at this branch are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I felt they did their best to ensure that I received everything I needed. The only downside is the self service machines are not like the ones that were at Asda and do not accept coins which was a bit of a pain seeing as I went with a huge amount of mixed coins. I do wish there was a machine like the one that was at Asda somewhere, that machine was really good to use as you could access it all the time the store was open and not just banking hours.

Visited the branch as I had a problem with the app. They couldn't have been more helpful. The problem was sorted out with minimum fuss. I spoke with three members of staff. All of them were really friendly and willing to assist. Probably the best branch of Barclays I have ever had the pleasure to visit.

Ominous. Deal's branch shut today and Tenterden went last week and Whitstable and Ramsgate now shuts on a Wednesday. All the above closed branches shut one day a week. How long before Ramsgate goes. I reckon next year. That's a long old trek to Canterbury and Folkestone or Ashford for a full line branch. I can see Herne Bay going too.Barclays not a bank to branch with if you need physical banking.

The que every single time is a joke

What is happening at this bank is some kind of paranoia. There are no people, but the employees have no time for anything. Everything just says online. A lazy band that only a pandemic can cover.Better to do nothing at work and take money for it.

The staff are always very helpful and have been brilliant throughout the current circumstances doing their best to keep everyone safe and provide a high level of service. Yes you do have to que up outside at times, yes sometimes you do have to wait for 10/15 minutes to get inside but the que does move fairly quickly. If it means being safe with the current times we are all having to live through I would rather that then end up in a hospital fighting for my life. I have seen public/people give the staff some unnecessary thoughtless verbal abuse for having to wait few minutes or when people see the que a little long they don?t even give it a chance or think and get angry. If for a moment people take a step back and think the time used for complaining and going off on one is the same amount of time spent in the que-they would be close to getting inside or inside instead of arguing about how many people are allowed in at one time! Great Branch! Great Staff! They always provide a high level of service and go beyond to assist you where necessary.
