Worst experience ever. Rude, defensive, obtuse, gossiping staff and the assistant manager Zoe is the worst - no wonder her staff follow suit. Three contact lens and multiple glasses wearing customers lost. Also FYI our new opticians told us they frequently have new customers coming in who have left this store and defected...

It was ok and that is all that can be said about it, apart from the assistance you receive from the customer service at the front of counter. They do appear very helpful but some of the opthalmololagists seem a little bit uninterested.
