Lovely warm long swimming pool. A well equipped Gym. Also lots of classes. Also members get lots of perks, monthly wine club and coffee mornings.

I love coming to this pool, but management is horrible. I’ve been waiting for a refund for 2 months now and no one is even replying to my emails. At reception, each person gives me a different answer and they seem clueless about most of my questions. It seems that it’s very hard to get a decent customer service here…

Club rooms are to die for, but there is one small point that spoils it. The water pressure in the shower. When the handset is turned upside-down, the water stops.Apart from that, the whole experience of the Village Hotel, is second to none in its price bracket.
