Staff were very dismissive and told me I just needed to buy a new phone I went in with issues with data. Had to go all the way to Tunbridge wells to go to another store where all they did was change the sim card and it was fixed. Didn’t even try to help me consider other options.

I went to the 3 store today with an issue with Paramount + on my contract . After several attempts with webchat ( call centre ) who had not managed to resolve the issue. Danny ~ the assistant manager was OUTSTANDING!. He also contacted the call centre for me , once again several calls failed to resolve the issue... read full comment

Great experience, my partner was helped by Michael the sales advisor. He was patient, funny and willing to answer all random questions whilst serving my partner.
