Did two large tfrs on app but second one did not go through so I contacted them on the phone incase there was an issue . I was told no only one has gone through and I must have not confirmed it . .I therefore did again only to find out the next day it had gone through . So had sent it x3 luckily I managed to get my funds... read full comment

If you don't speak English well you can't open an account here and also if your parent is elderly you can't sit with them when they opened an account. I found this very stressful for an old person to open an account and also it looks like you have to have a very good English background to open an account here.
