One tiny section for cat supplies, while the rest of the entire large store, stocks for dog owners. Staff told me 65% of their customers are dog owners so they supply more for them. It will be the first and last time I shop here.

They didn’t even ask me any questions when I brought a hamster from here. Which is heartbreaking as god knows what it could’ve gone to. Jollyes in Maidstone is always neat and tidy. The products they sell are reasonably (cheaper) priced, and the staff are always helpful. Always get my pet supplies here.
