Maidstone Branch ... terrible, was ignored at the till, left all the clothes at the till - why bother going in the store, totally uninterested staff. The clothes racks were not great, seems to be only Small or XXL in stock. Couldn't find the related items off the website so will just use that from now on. Not sure why I... read full comment

As with all h&m stores it seems now there is hardly anyone on the tills I think purposely to make it hard to return items. Waited half an hour then gave up. Love h&m clothes but won't be shopping there anymore
