“Great place for fancy dress, both to buy and hire, including all sorts of accessories like hats, tights and wigs. They also do party-ware like paper plates and decorations you can't get in other shops. I really appreciated being able to try an outfit on before buying to check it fit, which you can't do when buying online, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. If there's something they don't have in stock they can often order it in for you too. Highly recommended.”

“A great shop of staff that have to deal with a LOT of rude customers. Every time I enter this store, the staff are having to deal with aggressive shop lifters, groups of school kids causing trouble being verbally abusive, and just the typically rude behaviour I've come to expect from Maidstone.They have a really useful brow tint and thread service which is super affordable and very well done. The lady who did mine was called Natasha she was wonderful. Amazing customer service skills and she made my blonde wispy eyebrows look amazing!Overall a great shop, the staff have to deal with so much. I wish their management would hire security to enforce a zero tolerance policy for abusive customers because it is horrible to see.”

“I normally try to avoid Maidstone as much as I possibly can as it is such an unfortunate place, yet I was forced to go due to my ugly mother in law. On a crisp Wednesday morning I suggested a brief visit to primark as I had never been to the one in Maidstone. I can say the store is very basic and didn't satisfy my very fashionable taste.I guess you may be wondering why I gave this store 5 stars. Well because of the customer service. There was this lovely innocent blonde blue eyed angel who I believe was blessed with the supple name of Honey. She was bright, bubbly and reminded me of myself when I was a bustling teenager filled with hopes and dreams. Not many retail workers are as accommodating as this girl. Nonetheless Maidstone Primark is the shop to go if you want to be transported back in time. Lets just say it was a trip down memory lane. *winky face*”

“Really appreciate this store. I maybe in my late 60s but that doesn't preclude me from browsing and buying. This year (Dec 2019) their fashions are inclusive of many styles, shapes and sizes which is excellent for people of all ages really.The people are nice too. Highly recommended”

“I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was a lovely shop. Really good range of ASDA products which weren't food. I did appreciate that baby milk was left with the other baby items though. Upstairs is a kid's dream with all those shelves of toys to adventure around. Not what I was expecting but great all the same.”

“A charity shop trying to achieve the best it can do with as many donations for the generous community. The products are of reasonable quality to high quality and that can be a problem in it self. Especially to the audience that is variable at best. However, they have been donated products so it’s understandable and they are volunteers doing there best to engage all the customers. This is a really small shop and there be a limit on number of people in store for safety reasons.”
