“I absolutely adore this shop, I am always in there buying bits and pieces. The staff and management are so helpful to they helped to fit me properly for brassieres. Whenever I look at other products in all of the ranges they are always happy to give me an honest opinion and advice. I wear a stoma bag and this comes with it's own problems but they made me feel sexy again after a very long time. People should flock to this shop, even if it's just for a pair of knickers. It's not just sexy clothes, it has beautiful matching sets that you will all love. You will come out feeling 100% better than when you went in. My advice pay a visit, you will miss it if they pull the plug for any reason. This shop is a must for women and men alike.”

I always avoid shops like this because of the price BUT the quality and fit is amazing, definatley will be going back and happily pay the price.”

“I've been shopping here for nearly all of my outdoor needs for over a year now at this specific store. I live in Maidstone so it's very convenient for a start to actually be able to walk in.Needed a rucksack for carrying all my photography equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking into account what I was saying. Their discounts are wonderful.I tested the rucksack yesterday whilst filming for work yesterday in Central London and my purchase was definitely worth the money.”

“2 separate occasions i have gone to this smyths and 2 people have have shown the worth to your company in smyth in Aylesford.

1. First one was Nicky in the baby room section helping us fit our new baby seat into the car on her break. Plus settle our little bundle of joy who was having a grumpy day

2. The other was a American man didn't catch his name, but had helped us choose a Scooter worthy of our daughters birthday. Listening to what I wanted to make her safe. With flashy lights.

“One of the cheapest all round stores. Mens clothing isn't the best, everything is either plain or over patterned, and most things have a looser relaxed fit.”

“I was lost in store trying to figure out what tie to colour match with a next suit i had bought previously, when Lucy saw me and decided to help me she was kind and attentive and listened to my rambling about not knowing what to do she even double checked I was matching it to the right suit, spoiler I wasn't...but she corrected that, it was an incredibly kind thing to do and I wasn't rushed at all she also helped me pick some cufflinks out whilst I was there, she is a credit to your company and leading example of excellence when it comes to customer service and going the extra mile! “A charity shop trying to achieve the best it can do with as many donations for the generous community. The products are of reasonable quality to high quality and that can be a problem in it self. Especially to the audience that is variable at best. However, they have been donated products so it’s understandable and they are volunteers doing there best to engage all the customers. This is a really small shop and there be a limit on number of people in store for safety reasons.”
