My partner and I always love going into the Penhaligons Bluewater store. It?s a nice atmosphere and we always get treated well. He and I were served by Sanjaya and Mia who were lovely, helpful and friendly - would recommend!

Disappointed with the service at Bluewater today. I wanted to try some different fragrances for Mother?s Day. The lady in store showed me 2 and then just sort of walked off and didn?t seem interested so I left. Service really needs to be better.

my favourite perfume shop Penhaligon unfortunately I chose the Bluewater branch instead of Covent Garden to purchase two atomisers I was served by an arrogant black lady who barely gave me the time of day and assured me she would fill both with my perfume of choice. She told me both were done but only filled one for me and my girlfriend . When o phoned her to tell her this hadn?t been done her arrogance was there again and she told me she was the manager and wouldn?t have done that and said to bring it back for filling. I said it was an 70 mile round trip and it was for Valentine?s Day and could she post post me another one and she said no o had to return the other one firstShe did return it but both were filled with cologne as opposed to perfume as I had requestedOn receiving it back no apology just a small sampleI am so disappointed with that manager and even complaining to head office they said to return to the branchNeedless to say I will not be returning to that branch and that manager needs to be retrained on customer service or get a job at MacDonalds where she would be better suitedBe g the face of Penhalogens at Bluewater is not a good idea

Visited this store just after Christmas to exchange a perfume, unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock. The 2 lovely ladies working there put one aside for me to collect once their delivery had arrived. Fast forward to yesterday evening 12/01/24 we went to exchange the perfume and they were both so so kind and helpful! a real credit to this store. :)

No stock of items, cannot order online and get it delivered to this store - what a load of rubbish, wasted my time driving up to visit this store.

Absolutely useless lady working today 29/12/23. New to Penhaligons and wanted some help with frangrances, too busy on her phone and couldn?t care less about customers in the shop. Didn?t even look up from her phone or ask if I needed any help. I couldn?t be bothered to grab her attention so walked out after browsing for 10 minutes or so. What a shame.

I had an amazing experience at Penhaligon?s Bluewater today. I was helped by a lovely lady with blonde hair (I do not know her name unfortunately), who walked me through the scents that she handpicked for me based on my preferences extensively. Her knowledge of the fragrances and brand as a whole is outstanding.I did not go into the store thinking I would make a purchase the same day, I was only interested in getting a feel for the brand and their scents. However, her service and the scents were so incredible that I ended up taking home a bottle of Constantinople! I could not be happier and will definitely be returning.

Served by an aloof and rather haughty sales person who seemed quite inconvenienced to have to answer my questions and spray scents. I left and went across to Molton Brown where staff there were pleased to gain my custom. Visited morning of 17th Nov 2023.

Myself and fiancé visited the Bluewater store today to try and find our wedding day fragrances. Neither of us had smelt Penhaligon's fragrances before so had no idea what we were even looking for. Both staff members were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they spent a lot of time talking us through each scent and were not pushy in the slightest. Myself and my fiancé have left with fragrances we're in love with and are extremely pleased. Thanks for the help!

Came all the way to bluewater today only to find out its closed ! Even though it says online your open . This is th3 second time it's happened ! Not impressed , there was around 12 people waiting today so alot of money lost all because you were not open when meant to be . No sign on the door nothing ! Just closed doors
