My partner and I always love going into the Penhaligons Bluewater store. It’s a nice atmosphere and we always get treated well. He and I were served by Sanjaya and Mia who were lovely, helpful and friendly - would recommend!

Disappointed with the service at Bluewater today. I wanted to try some different fragrances for Mother’s Day. The lady in store showed me 2 and then just sort of walked off and didn’t seem interested so I left. Service really needs to be better.
