“It's an alright little shop and a handy little car wash on site the people do clean cars so they are looking as new and shiny as the car can scrub up.Fuel is not the cheapest around town but if you need to just top your tank up it's not too bad.”

“I posted yesterday about my very positive experience at the Herne Bay Sainsbury’s petrol station…. The staff standing outside at 6am directing traffic were all amazing! The only negative, and absolutely nothing to do with Sainsbury’s, was the person who left their car on a pump for about ten minutes while they dispensed a coffee and selected the items for their lunch. In no rush, I could see her as she wandered around the store and I only connected her with the car when she returned… Clearly, this only added to the congestion and later in the morning, despite not running out of fuel, I was advised the station closed because of the traffic chaos… Is it worth considering at least one of two suggestions? 1. Close the coffee machine ? 2. Ask people to pay for fuel first, move their car off the pump and park behind the shop before returning to the shop for food purchases? By the way I have seen many positive comments about the great service provided by the staff at this site on local social media!”
