Excellent.\\n\\nBut the up selling after getting to the till is a bit much when you witness it with EVERY customer. Everything in Molton Brown is (deservedly) pricey, I mean high end. Everyone wants everything in there anyway, it's not like being offered a 99p bar of chocolate - discounted because it's going out of date. I was offered something for £30, when what I went in there for to buy was £20 - already a cheeky purchase for shower gel. (it's good though, and heavily concentrated) But people were walking out the door with an unexpected small bag, unexpectedly £120 lighter. Outside one couple stopped - she looked at their bag and I heard one of them say \\\"shall we take some of this back?\\\" If that was you and you're reading this, I'm sorry I laughed and nodded at you, you looked stunned.”
