“Visited here today after being stung multiple times by wasps??, I asked someone where the allergy tablets are as I was stung and by the time I got upstairs the mgr had found me took me to the pharmacy and got me an allergy tablet and water, he also asked me questions like how many times was I stung??, am I allergic, do I have any swelling of throat or difficulty breathing and called the paramedic just to be safe, this was all done very quickly. So this is just a big THANKYOU from me. FYI I was stung 7 times ???”
“I would like to recommend the young girl who was working on the No.7 counter this morning. She had excellent knowledge and was so very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she explained all about the new eye serum and she found the correct concealer for my eyes. She obviously enjoys her job.”

Was in Bluewater today just shopping whilst celebrating my friend’s birthday, the staff noticed and were so kind and welcoming and even played happy birthday for her through the shops speakers! Such a sweet moment we were not expecting whatsoever and my best friend couldn’t stop smiling :)
