Edit: Still no statement 10 days later!!!! Have called and messaged and I'm still being told I can't get it from the branch or access it via mobile banking, but I can ask for it to be posted again. Which will take 2-5 working days .......

I’d give them less than 1 if u could. They told Hmrc I’m a US citizen, which I’m not and when they said it’s sorted I’m still getting letters. Staff very rude and refused to give me a receipt when they took a coot of my passport. Awful company and people, couldn’t care less about customers

Waited 10 mins to change/find my pin only to be told that you can do it online.They let people cut i line under the pretext if asking a question and make people wait for 5+ mins.Why better service for some?Is my time less valuable?
